We are urgently looking for a Freelance Procurement specialist with intensive knowledge of the Belgium Telco market.
For a period of 12 months Darwin's client is looking for a Belgium local Procurement specialist who has Belgium Telco market knowledge with the following experience:
- Experience of Telecom Network services and Products
- Experience with Site Acquisition, Health & Safety, Architect services
- Civil services, shelters batteries
- Software applications/products Network related
- Work experience as a procurement professional for a network service provider
You will be dealing with:
- RFI/RFG/RFP
- Perform evaluation on RFP closure
- Negotiation
- Supplier Escalation
- Create supplier base
- Maintain supplier relations
- Other business.
We are looking for a procurement professional with a minimum of 10 years procurement experience worked with clients in Belgium such as: Ericsson, ALU, ZTE, HUAWEI, Operators (Mobistar, Base, Belgacom)
