PROCUREMENT TRAINING MANAGER - PROCUREMENT TRAINER - SOURCING CONSULTANT

We are keen to secure the services of a Procurement trainer with a background in corporate procurement. Ideally from a Financial Services background (but not essential). 

We are primarily looking for an experienced procurement candidate with extensive experience in procurement training.

The successful candidate should be comfortable addressing audiences of sourcing managers with an objective of introducing new processes within procurement (and ultimately changing the way thing are done).

We will also consider a less experienced procurement/sourcing candidate to build some documents, presentations, etc. and then training can be undertaken by an internal resource. The role will sit within the Procurement Function and the team expect this individual to be able to hit the ground running and be adaptable to the changes in the programme

The top selection criteria are:

- Training best practices and processes (this is not a buying role);
- Experience of training and producing documentation, presentations to procurement teams;
- Proven experience in corporate organisations and changing the way procurement does things.
