Procurement Team Member - North America

Tasks and responsibilities:
*Work with CLIENT in US to map process localization issues from business and legal perspective
*Gather business input from all involved functional resources and departments: Procurement, A/P, accounting, finance, etc.
*Contribute detailed knowledge regarding harmonized SAP business processes and applications.
*Lead and manage the project team the area to deliver a quality solution on time, following the approved Methodology/Support CMC activities
*Select, develop and motivate the US team, while meeting business objectives and satisfying cost criteria
*Maintain and explain CLIENTfunctional design document
*Deliver the harmonized processes, standards and tools
*Identify, escalate, resolve project issues
*Help develop go-live cutover plan, manage execution, implementation execution
*Experiment with system behavior and configuration to support customer decisions on system configurations
*Learn the detailed SAP ECC-Ariba Downstream functionality all the way through the procure to pay process and learn how the system configurations, customizations and data drive they system functionality.
*Provide input to the program's training strategy and plans - supporting use of the system
*Answer customer questions on how the system will support the business and technical requirements raised by all involved customer departments
*Document the outcomes of all meetings, workshops and reviews

Requirements:
*Good knowledge CLIENT Harmonized procurement processes: demand management for purchase requisitions, approval process, purchase orders management (compliance, PO send, confirmation, good receipts, ASN), return process.
*Knowledge and well experienced with SAP Master Data Objects (Materials, vendors)
*Knowledge of Master Data Governance procedures - leverage
*Managerial skills
*Good understanding of cross company business processes
*Excellent knowledgeofMicrosoft Office
*Motivated to work in a team and willing to travel
*Excellent social and communication skills, both written and verbal
*Fluent English
*Previous experience in complex Projects - leverage
