Procurement Systems Specialist (m/f)

- Provide the organisation with excellent support related to the use of procurement systems and technologies leading to efficiencies, time and financial savings and other added business value
- Facilitate the introduction, use, maintenance and development of procurement systems/technologies supporting the entire procurement lifecycle including sourcing, contract management, category management, requisition-to-pay, analysis and reporting
- Liaise and act as an interface with other divisions owning or managing the procurement systems used by clients: global procurement, local Basel procurement, global finance, global informatics
- Manage the eSourcing application on behalf of Category Managers
- Business Administration university degree, or equivalent
- Procurement or information systems certifications or equivalent experience
- Fluent English skills - verbal and written
- Good knowledge of procurement and financial concepts
- Good knowledge of IT technologies applied to procurement
- Knowledge of the key elements of the Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in working in matrix, international and multicultural environments
- Project management skills
