Procurement Systems Reviewer

Harvey Nash's public sector client is recruiting for a Procurement Systems Reviewer on an initial 6 month contract basis. There is a project in place to ensure that the organisation's procurement process is appropriate for construction purposes and you will be responsible for reviewing all of the organisation's current procurement processes and evaluation whether they are appropriate. This will involve working with a number of stakeholders and writing guidance on the procurement of construction works and services.

You must have:

. Good knowledge of public procurement and construction process
. Experience of writing reports
. Prior experience in reviewing procurement processes and making recommendaitons

In addition the above skills/experience, it would also be highly advantageous if you have experience working within the Scottish public sector.
