My client is a large Housing Association based in London. They have an urgent requirement for a Procurement Specialist with experience in Repairs and Maintenance contracts to join the business ASAP on a 3-6 Month contract.

Main Purpose of Role

To lead a procurement category within the organisation, playing a significant role in the creation of the procurement category strategy and implementation in order to achieve significant cost savings and service efficiencies, at both departmental and corporate level in relation to the category spend assigned to them.

Take financial responsibility for contract values up to £5million category spend reporting to Head of Sourcing.

To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills and experience:

* Ideally MCIPS accredited although not essential
* Strong demonstrable knowledge of OJEU
* Experience with Repairs and Maintenance contract
* Creation and management of Frameworks
