MY DUTIES:
- Managing the procurement interface with suppliers in a professional and ethical manner
- Ensuring that all procurement activities are executed in line with the customer process and procedure
- Ensuring that the customer is not exposed to unnecessary contractual or commercial risk
- Supporting the planning process in terms of time schedule, budget and quality
- Developing and implementing the contracting strategy for all internal functions to meet the requirements of the appropriate stakeholders
- Managing purchase orders in ERP system
- Handling claim management
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Commercial or technical education
- Profound strong practical experience in procurement for G&A subjects, including contract preparation in both German and English
- Knowledge of contract law
- Experience of using electronic purchasing systems within a team
- Fluent in German and English
- Good Knowledge of MS Office Software
