IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Contract analytics and contract management
-Assessment of validity of existing contracts to be used
-Preparation of contract management actions such as set-up of splitting agreements to existing frame contracts, supplier discussion, preparation of (re)negotiations
-Preparation and execution of tenders
-Contract handling
-Set-up of (frame) contract in SAP
-Support in managing peak loads, e.g. related to getting annual call-offs out
-Progress tracking of contract management activities, analysis of supplier reaction and definition of corrective action in planned contract management activities
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-In-depth knowledge in contract management und analytics of framework agreements
-Procurement specialist in handling of tenders and contract negotiations
-Experience in contract processing and optimizing workflows
-Experience in SAP und other procurement/contract management tools
