Procurement Specialist - Federal Government

One of ACT's high profile Federal Government departments is seeking a PROCUREMENT OFFICER to join their team in Canberra. You will undertake a wide range of procurement activities including the preparation of proposal and contract approval minutes and all related documentation in regard to the procurement process.

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria;

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Practical experience in arrangement and implementing new panel arrangements
- Assist in the evaluation of tender responses and contract negotiations particularly contract compliance
- Providing advice and support on procurement activities
- Proficient in using the following applications; Austender, Finance One Contracts module, Trim, Word and Excel
