Procurement Specialist Capex (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Managing preffered supplier list in accordance with the Vendor accreditiation process
- Review projects to understand internal client needs, savings opportunities, project deliverables and timelines
- Provide instruction and follow-up to support operations teams with standardized RFP/bid and contract processes
- Maintain contract files and ensure compliance with necessary contract documentation requirements (such as tender process, award decision, savings against budget)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor´s degree in business or equivalent   
- Excellent computer skills with ability to work in diverse applications (such as Ariba, PowerBI, SAP R4Hana, MS Office)
- Willingness to work under close supervision to achieve operational targets with some impact on departmental results
- Experienced in Procurement and/or strategic, operational purchasing
