We are currently working in partnership with a market leading blue chip that is looking to bring a Procurement Specialist into their team to oversee a large, high value construction project based in the UK. The successful candidate will have a successful track record in high value, high risk project procurement with a specific focus on construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Candidates must possess the gravitas to deal with senior stakeholders and the need to liaise with technical experts is a pre requisite.
The role itself will oversee the new build of a high value, government backed project in the UK and will likely be extended beyond the initial 12 month contract. My client is interviewing immediately and looking for a start ASAP.
