Projektbeschreibung
You will act as the Lead Buyer to undertake competitive procurement exercises for public sector frameworks.
Duties will include preparation of ITT documentation, dealing with suppliers, tender evaluation, contract award and supplier debriefing and contract management.
You will have extensive public sector procurement experience and be proficient in the use of MS Excel (spreadsheets and formulae).
Candidates must hold a valid BASIC DISCLOSURE SCOTLAND certificate or be willing and able to apply for one prior to CVs being submitted to client.
YOU MUST ALSO BE ABLE TO START ON 19TH NOVEMBER 2012.
