PROCUREMENT SOURCING ANALYST is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Whippany, NJ.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Legal contract negotiation experience (3+ years);
- Procurement/Sourcing background

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This position is created to support the Global Sourcing Team HR Services on the legal contracting process, resulting from cross-functional sourcing projects
- Work is being performed under close supervision of global sourcing managers.
- The incumbent may also handle lower spend HR projects and will ensure that operational tasks such as the review of proposals and bid comparisons, execution of legal agreements, uploading of legal agreements into contract data bases will be completed in a timely and compliant manner. The incumbent requires basic experience in legal contracting negotiations.
- Legal contract negotiation (MSAs, SOWs, Service Agreements) Managing legal contract execution workflow
- Uploading legal contract files into contract data bases Handling lower spend HR sourcing projects Support RFx activities of Global HR Sourcing Team
- Review of proposals and creation of bid comparison files
- Ensure that operational tasks of HR Sourcing and lower spend HR projects are completed in a timely and compliant manner.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Legal contract negotiation experience (3+ years);
- Procurement/Sourcing background
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem solving skills
- Analytical skills
- Work under pressure
- Organized & detail oriented
- Dominating MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) etc.
