We are looking for an experienced procurement coordinator to organize the budgeting, purchasing and payment of all Network, Telephony and Video equipment and products.
Your responsibilities will be to liaise with all departments in Switzerland and coordinate the purchasing needs. Then to act as primary contact to handle quotes from vendors, create and track POs and invoices, and track orders and deliveries of equipment.
You should already have experience of working independently in a similar multi-cultural, multi-national role. Fluency in the German and English languages is a prerequisite for this interesting, long term contract position.
