BACKGROUND:
You will join the bank's Procurement Department, General Purchasing. The objective is to optimise long term business value and ensure effective cost/spend management.
TASKS:
Fleet Management administration;
Advanced purchasing (strategic, projects, high value/volume) across the bank.
Tender coordination for projects in General Purchasing;
Order and Contract negotiation in General Purchasing;
Contract and Purchase order administration;
Support strategic purchasing regarding the sourcing, the selection of providers and the performance measurement;
Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Optimisation.
SKILLS:
Proficient with SAP and good knowledge of "SAP R3"
Good negotiation skills;
LANGUAGE: English (essential) and German (nice to have);
Location: Luxembourg;
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12 months renewable;
Salary: 400 Euro/day negotiable;
