Procurement Project Support - Software Category - Pharma - Switzerland

A major pharmaceutical business is searching for a Procurement Project Support - Software Category.

This project will be led by the Software Category manager, who will require dedicated support to help the business transition its software assets. We are seeking a temporary resource that can support the Contract Manager and the project team with this initiative.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. Providing support to the Contract Manager and Project team with software contract analysis
2. Negotiating on his/her own the contracts for this project with an other Contract manager
3. Maintaining an inventory of licenses/subscriptions, along with transition status
4. Following up with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure action items are completed
5. Supporting the project team by suggesting next possible steps to follow to achieve the goal on the desired deadline

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

1. 4+ years' experience in contract drafting/redlining/negotiation in the IT software category
2. Strong analytical skills in relation to Software contracts and procurement processes
3. Strong knowledge of common licensing models and associated contractual structures
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across functions
5. Legal/Commercial background is a plus
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Strong communication skills. English and German language preferred.
