Interim Procurement Project Manager - Initial 3 months - £500/day

We are looking for Interim Procurement Project Managerto support our Infrastructure and Premises team reporting to our Heads of Facilities and Infrastructure.

- THE IPM WOULD WORK ON IT AND FACILITIES PROCUREMENT (OUR NEW OFFICE SET UPS)
- INPUT INTO THE ACCOUNT PAYABLE PROJECT AND ROLE OUT OF COMPANY PROCUREMENT POLICY.
- SOMEONE WHO IS A SELF STARTER AND PROACTIVE WITH INNOVATIVE THINKING CAPABILITY
- THIS PERSON WILL NEED TO HAVE AN IDEA OF HOW TO STREAMLINE VARIOUS IT AND FACILITIES CONTRACTS
- UNDERSTANDING OF HOW ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SYSTEMS WORKS AS THE PERSON WILL BE INVOLVED IN TESTING OF THE NEW ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SYSTEM.
- EXPERIENCE OF REVIEWING VARIOUS SUPPLIER CONTRACTS WHICH IS COST EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT
- EXPERIENCE OF PURCHASING PREMIUMS, HAS RUN SUPPLY CHAIN AND HAS FACED VARIOUS CHALLENGES
- GOOD RELATIONSHIP BUILDING EXPERIENCE AND NEGOTIATIONS WITH VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS
