Harvey Nash's public sector client is looking for some Procurement Portfolio Manager's to be based in Edinburgh for an initial 6 months. These posts have arisen through a new programme of work which has taken priority.
This role will require someone support and lead best practice for Procurement delivery as well procurement related projects, including tender evaluations. You will also manage all suppliers related to the project and work with legal advisers as necessary.
To be considered for this role you must have extensive experience in procurement management. You will also have Contract Management experience and be highly skilled in negotiations.Stakeholder Management is essential.
This contract is an initial 6 month contract, extending to 12 months+.
