RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES

The Procurement Operator will work on customer projects. The Procurement Operator has a variety of duties and responsibilities:

- Offer support to the Procurement Department in their administrative tasks (create POs, updating supplier lists, checking price offers, etc.).
- PROCURE TO PAY:  submit requests to order goods and/or services in in the client's application.  Responsible for the request, order, delivery and follow-up and monitoring of the billing.
- ORDER TO CASH:  Responsible for handling and sending customer orders, tracking and delivery processing, invoicing and payment.
- RECORD TO REPORT: View how well the business is performing. Collect data from the system, process them into reports and dashboards and let data validated.
- Actively work within the client's IT environment.
- Have a lot of contact with employees and suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS

- One or more years of experience within a procurement environment
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong administration skills
- Pro-active, showing initiative and sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Result oriented and client focused
- A clean criminal record
- Ability to learn client's software quickly
