Procurement Operations & Support Specialist Job

Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for a PROCUREMENT OPERATIONS AND SUPPORT SERVICES to join our client, a world leader in the pharmaceutical industry, located in O'HARA TOWNSHIP, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist with the implementation of RoHS and Product Rebranding
- Process Revision Changes Notices (RCN's) for material changes.
- Place Revision changes on to a secured computer site for suppliers to retrieve Log the returned supplier RCN's as they are sent back from the suppliers. C
- Communicate any supplier issues or concerns with the changes to the cognizant buyer and or engineering team.
- Communicate with suppliers concerning suspect material and collect Return Numbers.
- Process Debit Memos/Credit Memos.
- Assist with resolving accounting issues
- Review and collect information for materials that are not able to be received and provide feedback to the appropriate buyer.
- Material master creation and material master workflows.
- Assist with management and creation of New Scheduling Agreements (March/April). ie Verify Price and EAU's accordingly then review with appropriate buyer.
- Review Lead-times for service/production materials.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Computer skills: Excel, Word, SAP Knowledge
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
