Procurement Operations and Support Analyst Job

PROCUREMENT ANALYST NEEDED for a six (6) + month contract OPPORTUNITY with Yoh's client located in Pittsburgh, PA - O'Hara Township

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Excel, SAP and Word
- Understand and read technical drawings
- Problem Solving
- Communication Skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Daily buying and expediting for Service parts and Production parts
- Assisting with the implementation of RoHS and Product Rebranding
- Process Revision Changes Notices (RCN's) for material changes.
- Place Revision changes on to a secured computer site for suppliers to retrieve
- Log the returned supplier RCN's as they are sent back from the suppliers.
- Communicate any supplier issues or concerns with Supply Quality
- Communicate with suppliers concerning suspect material and collect Return Numbers.
- Process Debit Memos/Credit Memos.
- Assist with resolving accounting issues
- Review and collect information for materials that are not able to be received
- Material master creation and material master workflows.
- Assist with management and creation of New Scheduling Agreements (March/April).
- Verify Price and EAU's accordingly
- Review Lead-times for service/production materials.
- Assist the procurement team with other miscellaneous task as required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- B.A or B.S - preferably in math, business, or supply chain
- One to three (1 - 3) year's experience in Procurement or similar field
- Capable of Multi-tasking
- Ability to Problem Solve
- Self-motivated
- Computer skills: Excel, Word, and SAP Knowledge
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Good Communications skills (Written and Verbal)
