Procurement Officer

I am looking to hire a Procurement Officer for one of the public sector client. Below is the job description of the same.

LOCATION: Abbeywood, Bristol
CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 months

3 years Experience in directs/engineering products, medium or major projects

Negotiation preparation and negotiation experience - recent

OJEU experience is ideal

Public sector experience not necessary but useful, Excellent analytical and IT skills

Good stakeholder and team work -track record

Able to roll sleeves up - Agile and capable of integrating into Projects and contributing quickly

Experience of ITT drafting and evaluation, clarifications etc - Recent

Experience of spares procurement

Experience of contract aggregation

Experience of contracting for in-sourced/out-sourced service provision

Expedition of parts and orders

Contract extensions/renegotiations

In addition to this candidates to have experience in these areas from a Commercial/Procurement perspective and not as an engineer or project manager ie have held positions with commercial responsibility for negotiating/drafting contracts, ideally with commercial delegation to commitment their organisation/company
