This position will be suitable for someone with senior level procurement experience, having worked at a procurement manager or category manager level.
You will have broad experience of Social Care procurement, and be able to lend your hand to a number of different Social Care based projects and tenders.
The main priority for our client is Adult Social Care, so this experience will be very beneficial. Some of their immediate projects include work related to the private rental sector and landlords, home care initiatives and community meals.
The successful candidates will be confident engaging at a senior level, and able to gain credibility with senior social care stakeholders.
If you have a background in Social Work that would be very beneficial, however it isn't essential. The key criteria is to be an experienced Procurement professional with experience of Social Care procurement.
There may be options to carry out some work remotely (circa one day per week, or as the projects allow).
We are looking for candidates to start as soon as possible, with interview slots this week.
