Procurement Manager required for my global client. The Procurement Manager must be conversant with OJEU process including competitive dialogue. The Procurement Manager must have knowledge of procedures for Buying Solutions/OGC/Government Procurement Service frameworks for general procurements to ensure compliance throughout - defining processes and procedures for all procurements with ability to manage tender process.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS.
- Hands on experience of Procurement process.
- Experience of Buying Solutions/OGC/Government Procurement Service frameworks
- Ability to gather requirements for drafting tenders
