Procurement Manager - Manchester city Centre

Procurement Manager - Manchester - £20 per hour - 6 month FTC

Advantage resourcing are currently working with a leading organisation who are looking to recruit a Procurement Manager based in Manchester for an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

The responsibilities include:

-Procuring services for stakeholders across the business. Services include the procurement of specialist consultants: illustrators, designers, marketers, data researchers etc.
-Advise stakeholders on sourcing
-Writing specifications
-Preparing Invitations to Tender (ITTs)
-Preparing evaluation criteria - Moderating evaluation
-Dealing with high volume and working both on procurement and drafting, setting up and management of contracts

You:

- Strong practical experience of procuring services
- Ideally you will have contract management experience
- Solution-focused individual with a level of creativity to get things done
- Experience of GPS
- Good stakeholder management
- Possess good communication and analytical, negotiating, relationship building and influencing skills.
- Experience in utilisation of frameworks
