-Establish trustful, effective, personal relationships with key stakeholders to set joint targets, align strategic initiatives, and identify areas of opportunities for further value creation
-Act as a point of contact to stakeholders for all procurement related topics - advise business commercially and provide category market intelligence
-Leads and facilitates agency selection process through performance management activity - set and monitor appropriate KPI's
-Ensures consistent understanding of supplier/agency role and performance, cost structures and cost drivers (e.g. joint innovation initiatives, continuous improvement and process optimization)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Business or Life Science degree (MBA)
-Profound experience in Marketing or Procurement, preferably large, complex, multi-national organisations
-Financial acumen, ability to translate strategic marketing objectives into realistic procurement activity
