PROCUREMENT MANAGER/CONTRACT MANAGER

Procurement manager/Contract manager. One of my award winning clients is urgently looking for a Procurement manager/Contract manager to manage the supply of IT products and services within the region. Procurement Manager responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Procurement Manager's duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement/contract expenses during Transformation and Future Mode of Operations. The sourcing strategy (including choice of suppliers) is aligned to the Global Sourcing Strategy of organisation. this a 24 month long contract in Amsterdam Netherlands.

THE PROCUREMENT MANAGER/CONTRACT MANAGER WILL HAVE:

- 3 years Proven working experience as a procurement manager or procurement officer
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in "reading" the
- market
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Good knowledge of IT supplier or third party management software
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Experience in collecting and analysing data
- Strong leadership capabilities
