We are looking for Procurement Manager for an urgent opening with one of our esteemed clients.

Job type: Contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop effective relationships and partner with key stakeholders (IT managers, suppliers, Global Category Managers, Business Partners...)
Develop and implement innovative sourcing solutions (market/category analysis, RFI/RFQ/RFP execution, supplier negotiations, contracting...) to support owners that drive overall business value
Manage contracts with our global IT suppliers (change requests, SOWs, risk & compliance management, performance...)
Coordinate, contribute to and take part in key global and cross divisional activities and support those through sourcing solutions. This includes working with Global Category teams within IT
Ensure compliance with purchasing policies for the major categories of spend
Deliver year over year total cost efficiencies - a mix of cost, quality and speed improvements for the spend/vendor relationships under category management
Provide input to the Global IT Procurement PMO, Global Senior Category Managers and Head of Functional IT Procurement as requested to inform the top-down target setting process
Refine scope of projects to enable delivery in line with the top down targets
Collect supplier, market category, internal business data, and internal stakeholder information needed to support project execution
Perform data analysis to support the Category Strategy as directed by the Global IT Procurement PMO, Global Senior Category Managers and Head of Functional IT Procurement
Ensure project delivery is aligned to the long term service and category strategy
Execute agreed projects on a timely basis in line with the targeted goals and that the identified savings are delivered
Provide input into the supplier segmentation process
Define KPIs and SLAs with suppliers during the contracting process in accordance service requirements
Create, apply and complete contracts resulting from sourcing projects
Be responsible for contract and commercial management & identifying and communicating areas of innovation and assisting in ensure appropriate performance of supplier
Monitor project compliance and adherence to Procurement policies and procedures
Be responsible for the identification and management of project risks and issues in a timely manner
