Our Client is a market leader in the financial services sector. On behalf of them we are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager who is responsible for expenditure on a large new programme of work. The candidate will be required to manage suppliers, mitgate risk and negotiate contracts. This person will ideally have financial services and would have worked in fast-paced dynamic organisations.
Description:
- Conclude the Legal and Commercial points outstanding
- Lead negotiations on Change Requests
- Support the final drafting of the schedules
- Work with designated business units and other teams to identify and implement to contract stage.
- Manage the conclusion of all due diligence activities with Approved Sub-Contractors
- Develop sourcing approach, market analysis, and application of the Bank's Procurement Process for all 3rd party linked contracts
- Secure best value from third party expenditure
Person:
- Strong procurement background
- Preferably financial services experience
- Work with third party suppliers
