Procurement Manager

Contribute to the derivation and delivery of the Purchasing Family strategy in conjunction with the Family network and other stakeholders, as appropriate.

Undertake commercial and contractual tasks as required, including negotiation and agreement of Framework Agreements, Purchase Contracts, Statements Of Work, Non Disclosure agreements etc.

Working closely with other functions as necessary, manage all purchasing aspects of delegated Bid and Project work packages, to ensure packages are executed in accordance with technical, program, cost and performance (quality and delivery) requirements. Manage risks and opportunities.

Undertake the Supplier Account Manager (SAM) role, for Family Target supplier(s).

Ensure Purchasing Family resource effectiveness by employing suitable reporting, tracking and performance management tools and techniques.
