Procurement Manager

We urgently require a Procurement Manager to work in London. This role is to deal with the procurement strategy for energy usage Deployment of the energy strategy requires two key strands of activity:
1) Supply Strand - contracts for electricity, gas and long term commodity price structures.
2) Reduce Strand - contracts for the identification, supply and installation of demand reduction equipment in 100 buildings by energy consumption. ( eg LED lighting, voltage optimisation).

This role will ensure the successful implementation of the reduce strand of the Energy Strategy.
This role will also involve dealing with the tender process.
This person will need to be resilient in character with the communication skills to negotiate and present to suppliers and senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of using influencing skills at a senior level both within and outside the business to drive performance improvement.
