Procurement Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provides day-to-day procurement support across the Information Systems (IS) category. This includes but is not limited to services, software, Telecom, hardware, maintenance and other support services.
- Manages individual sourcing events/projects (RFIs, RFPs, Targeted Negotiations, Contract Review, etc.).
- Provides ad hoc support to team members on the IS procurement team (RFP analysis, spend analysis, contract review, executing NDAs, etc.).

SKILLS

Bachelor's degree required. Must have the following: minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Systems Procurement; minimum of 5 years of Strategic Sourcing, Negotiating and Contracting expertise; minimum of 5 years general knowledge of Procurement Processes; minimum of 3 years of project management and business acumen experience. Must have general knowledge of procurement practices surrounding IS technologies and be able to work in an ambiguous environment with little supervision. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are critical for success in this role. Must have the ability to distill complicated subjects into laymen's terms. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and v-look ups) are required.
