Procurement Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Focus on building cost & productivity plan for back half of '13 thru 2014 - seeking breakthrough end-to-end cost identification improvement plans
- Cost strategy & planning
- Focus on reducing complexity which will improve cost - new experienced set of eyes with proven track record

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Deep experience/leadership in Lean or CI (Six Sigma skills) - with track record of delivering results with these skills. Black belt required.
- Robust cost improvement track record - showing results driven across functional disciplines
- Strong background in both manufacturing & logistics - ie demand driven expertise helpful
- ISC background with expertise delivering across Supply Chain and understands how Procurement, Manufacturing & CS&L can deliver together. RDQ experience would be preferred.
- Strong team leadership skills - deep cost improvement background and results
- Ability to travel to Canada & various US locations
- Proven process for cost improvement - ie L6S or Lean
