Procurement Generalist with profound SAP and MS Excel knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor or Master degree in the area of business or economics
- 3+ years' experience in Procurement, ideally in a pharmaceutic related field
- Extremely strong computer skills in SAP and MS Excel
- Ability to manage large amounts of complex data to provide overviews as well as analysing price offers and decompose pricing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as commercial competency
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Maintaining SAP system, Material Master and Source Lists along with managing price request to supplier within existing agreements
- Activating new product material numbers and coordinating Product Costing group as well as securing operational handling of Contract Manufacturing suppliers
- Collecting implementation record from Supply Chain Management to justify new product creation, raising purchase orders, challenging prices movements and handling commercial claims
- Managing Workflows for quantities and prices coupled with handling and approving transportation invoices
- Updating finance standard prices and creating a "Yearly General price list" to be updated on a regular basis
- Assuring sourcing SOX compliance and alignment for potential audit as well as business continuity
