Procurement Director (Real Estate)

Based in London we are looking for a strong Procurement Director with a solid background in real estate and facilities management. Working for a large global company you will be responsible for looking at the 3rd party spend within the facilities/real estates areas for UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for providing a professional, technical and reliable procurement service to all stakeholders. You will have previous experience of implementing the strategic sourcing process and be able to identify risks associated with FM/RE procurement. You will champion the benefits ensuring all projects are delivered within time and budget. You will conduct spend analysis and business cases to present to senior leadership for review. Extensive experience in Sourcing at Managerial level or above is essential, as is relevant knowledge in Real Estate & Facilities Management. The ideal candidate will also have a good working knowledge of Supplier Management practices and negotiations in a procurement/sourcing context. Degree educated and currently holding a professional membership you will be able to demonstrate at least 10 years experience ideally within a senior procurement role.
