- This person will interact with procurement management and site personnel to review vendor master information and purchase order information in Ariba-SAP and SAP, as well as Ariba-Computron.
- Working with procurement management identifies vendor records which require updating and submit required documentation.
- Review Legacy PO's and create new requisitions for Legacy PO's that did not interface into Ariba-SAP.
SKILLS:
REQUIRED SKILLS
- MS Office, undergraduate degree, communication skills, etc.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Attention to detail, self-starter
- Experience in Ariba and SAP computer systems a plus
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
