Essential
*Experience of Contract Management in a public sector environment including exposure to the public procurement regulations.
*Experience of undertaking OJEU - value procurements, using both the restricted and open procedures.
*Experience of budget management or budget reconciliation
*Experience in negotiation and resolution of commercial issues with internal and external customers
*Computer Literate, experienced with MS Word, Excel, email and Internet

Desirable
*Experience of electronic procurement systems and conducting requests for quotations.
*Experience of using the Government Procurement Services collaborative framework.
*Good knowledge of contract law, procurement practices and legal/guidelines.
*Full driving licence
*Willingness to travel across UK with some overnight stays possible when necessary
