Procurement Contracted Analyst Job

Yoh has an ongoing contract opportunity for a PROCUREMENT CONTRACTED ASSOCIATE to join our client in Pittsburgh, PA.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Manage all stages of Purchase contract admin from development of PO's, monthly maintenance and closure of PO's in BPCS
- Problem solving/analysis with Buyer and Supplier base when contract or invoicing issues arise.
- Identify invoice discrepancies/trends and execute corrective action
- Communication with Suppliers for invoice reconciliation and corrective action
- Prepare bid data for upcoming Contracts in accordance with Contract expiration dates
- Monitor Contract run-out dates and work with buyers to ensure complete PO's are in place to meet the Factory's ordering requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Customer Service orientation and mindset.
- Quick learner and drive towards change management and continuous improvement.
- General understanding of Procurement/ERP Systems (BPCS, SAP, Oracle).
- Desired Knowledge of software applications and how they are used in procurement and the financial environment.
- Desired Familiarity with applicable accounting principles.
- Supply Chain experience is required
