Projektbeschreibung
There are 2 separate projects and the experience required includes:
- Sound knowledge of procurement practices and formal tendering process
- Writing tenders and developing scoring criteria
- Commodity profiling and breaking down and understanding large spend areas with data mining skills using Excel, Internet and 1-2-1 discussion with non-procurement staff
- Ability to build a business case for taking forward and producing a project plan.
MCIPS qualification would be preferred as this is mandatory for one of the roles.
