Procurement Business Partner

PROCUREMENT BUSINESS PARTNER - ITT - PQQ - OJEU - NEC3 - MCIPS - ORACLE

Our well known blue chip government client requires a Procurement Consultant to provide procurement insight and input into the development of business strategy, including responsibility for the delivery of procurement strategy, in line with operational business needs; Supporting managers in enhancing business performance through improving the performance, capability and motivation of its people; Provide the procurement expertise to projects; Identifying and own procurement best practice on behalf of the business.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Proven Procurement Experience including experience with ITT and PQQ
- of NEC3 contracts would be advantageous
- Substantial demonstrated experience of project management & programme management processes
- Experience of using Oracle applications
- MCIPS or training towards
- Substantial demonstrated experience of public procurement processes, including drafting OJEU Notices, PQQs and ITT documentation
- Knowledge of e-tender tools (eg Bravo)
- Excellent Customer/Stakeholder engagement skills
