Procurement Business Analyst I Job

PROCUREMENT BUSINESS ANALYST I needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in East Hanover, NJ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong Microsoft Office applications experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience within a Procurement environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree Required

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Collaborate with Procurement and cross divisional finance stakeholders to create and align sustainable processes, streamline reporting, and share best in class practices
- Oversee the collection, validation, and issuance of monthly management KPI reports to measure, monitor and drive performance
- Create accurate and timely reports and presentations under tight timelines
- Partner with cross Divisional Finance and Procurement stakeholders to enhance compliance, validate savings, understand business needs and resolve issues
- Cleanse and produce detailed annual CCO productivity spend analysis in accordance to the client's taxonomy
- Develop, publish and manage timelines for the cross divisional savings reporting, BPA and annual target setting activities
- Partner with Procurement and Finance to develop annual procurement plans and targets
- Support Category Managers by performing ad hoc spend analysis which assists in vendor rationalization and procurement opportunities
- Ensure current forecasts and savings are accurately reflected in the on-line systems
- Manage daily analytical support activities from our strategic offshore partner in India

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong Microsoft Office applications experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience within a Procurement environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree Required
