Procurement Analyst (Urgent-Immediate Start)

My Client is a major Central Government body, looking for a professional IT procurement analyst, who is immediately available. There is high urgency on this position - the client will interview on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday next wk

Job role:

- Assess the impact of contract amendments
- Providing analytical support to complex and high profile IT Procurements
- Support the development of a negotiation plan
- Creating and preparing relevant documentation and material
- Providing input and guidance to initial draft of requirements

Skill Requirements:

- Understand the structure of IT contracts
- Understand IT service delivery
- Understand outsourced IT contracts
- Broad functional and technical understanding of IT systems and service development
- ITIL and TOGAF experience (ideally qualified)
- Experience of large ICT programme life cycle delivery
- Experience of working in/assuring large projects or programmes
- Leading, managing and influencing
- Stakeholder engagement and clear communication skills
