IHRE AUFGABEN:

-The Procurement Analyst position provides analytics and reporting guidance to Procurement & Supply Chain. This position is responsible for supporting the delivery of actionable recommendations through research, reporting, and analysis of Takeda’s Procurement data through application of experience, knowledge, and project management skills.
-Supports category managers in executing value creation initiatives on time and in full via partnering up with local procurement partners and critical stakeholders
-Enhances supplier cooperation and data sharing platforms with suppliers in scope
-Conducts analyses of varying complexity of the client´s procurement and related business data and processes with emphasis on identifying trends, determining root cause of problems, and determining solutions that drive effective business decisions
-Participate in and take the lead on assigned projects to support business needs and initiatives for the enhancement and development of Procurement and general business needs
-Serve as analytics and reporting subject matter expert within the global traded goods team
-Design, develop and deliver timely and accurate dashboards, reports, presentations and visual aids designed to educate, inform and influence the decisions of Procurement stakeholders and business leaders
-Interaction with various functions other than procurement

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business
-Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
-Experience with report design and creation
-Fluent English language skills
-Good skills in formulating hypotheses, interpreting results and being able to make educated guesses when data may be sparse or unavailable, thinking critically
-Basic skills in SAP
-First experience with procurement tools and proven business acumen
-Experience with report writing tools highly desired
-Exposure to strategic sourcing, operational procurement, and relationship management
-Specific analytical experience for a large procurement department
