PROCUREMENT ANALYST needed for a 12 month contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Warrendale, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This role will be responsible for executing the local operational purchasing procedures to meet the needs of the Company HealthCare business while insuring purchasing efficiency, quality, compliance and effectiveness. The incumbent will support Indirect Sourcing and facilitate education and communication of global and local Company HealthCare Procurement policies, procedures and requirements to all applicable stakeholders while participating, supporting and representing Procurement as required on local sourcing projects.
- Efficiently and accurately manage daily execution of transactional purchasing activities within the SAP system including purchasing and order fulfillment management. Understand and fulfil the requirements of the customer, initiate local requests for proposals, quotes and information.
- Recommend improvements and optimize transactional purchasing activities. Support initiatives and target achievements for increasing automation in SAP, efficiency, savings (as recorded in the ProTrack reporting system) and Working Capital impact. Understand and ensure compliance with all procedures, policies and directives within Company HealthCare and the procure-to-pay cycle
- Develop strong and productive relationships with key stakeholders to anticipate future procurement needs and ensure a partnering rapport
- Trouble-shoot daily issues regarding order processing, fulfillment, cost and quality, and forward when required to Procurement A-line Support Organization for technical problem resolution. Support daily the local and global sourcing teams.
- Collaborate with the/Shared Services Organization to achieve problem resolution for issues related to vendor master and/or accounts payable data and transactions
- Collaborate and participate on local and regional purchasing harmonization forums to drive best practice, efficiency, standardization and harmonization of purchasing processes
- Assist and support as requested with data gathering, testing and analysis for ICS Control testing, internal and external audits as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BA/BS in Business related field and six to seven (6 -7) years of relevant business experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Prior transactional experience and detailed knowledge of SAP MM Purchasing processes
- Proven three to five (3 - 5) years of Procure to Pay cycle experience and sound knowledge of procurement policies and procedures and contract management processes
- High technical skills in Microsoft Suite of products including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint and Outlook
- Project management experience including change management

- Experience with implementation of SAP systems for the MM Purchasing and Manufacturing functions
