Procurement Analyst for our high tech Client in Eindhoven

For one of our international high-tech clients in Eindhoven, the Netherlands I am looking for a Procurement Analyst with knowledge of SAP and website maintenance!

JOB MISSION

The job mission is providing analytic support to the SO organization in the areas of data administration, information and process expertise by analysing these areas.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sourcing Process Supports Advice on use and joint development of Sourcing methodologies and processes on Value Sourcing, in order to optimize (integrated) Sourcing business processes. Identify areas for improvement by analysing SCM themes and define problem solutions by proposing process changes and tools improvement. Business Support Monitors the skill levels and improve know-how and knowledge where necessary, in order to maintain and improve the proactive CM and OC (Contract Management and Operational Control) approach. This includes business processes, reporting and information tooling. Provide support to the departments and deal with all kind of questions of the departments. Provide useful information or solutions on these questions. Sourcing/CM and OC projects Be the CM and OC representative in cross-sector improvement projects and activities. Both taking initiative in the identification phase, as well as an active input in the execution of projects is expected.

Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the all communications from sourcing and website maintenance like maintaining and developing sourcing websites, supplier communications (Move Rate letter, start plan, surveys etc.)
- Provide administrative support and contribute and develop means and methods
- (SAP) key user function (change requests/incident handling, SAP testing of new functionalities and implementations)
- Provide support to activities like first/second line key user support, administrative work (eg (vendor) master data maintenance), P-cards maintenance, PR/PO workflow admin support, master data maintenance and Dun and Bradstreet
- Participate in cross-functional projects
- Support the analysts

EDUCATION

Bachelor

EXPERIENCE

Experience with SAP and website maintenance (sharepoint is preferable)
Preferable 5-8 years of working experience in a comparable environment.
