Procurement Analyst

Our large Public Sector client are looking for 2 Procurement Specialists to support, plan and lead significant procurement projects for an initial 6 month contract.

Candidates will have the following experience:

-Understand when and how to negotiate and has relevant experience of successfully conducting negotiations.
- Understands issues and benefits of collaboration
- Supports the development of complex specifications
- Lead procurement projects including leading tender evaluation of complex requirements.
- Effectively manage debriefing of suppliers liaising with legal advisers where necessary.
- Understand the role of contract management ensure delivery of value for money.
- Be a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply

Candidates will be working as part of a team, and will be expected to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with senior level stakeholders to drive out requirements and have the ability to work well with 3rd parties.
