Contract ManagementMonitors contracts in Emptoris; Requests and monitored renewals and supporting docs; Provide key data back to Sr. Buyer/Manager; and Manage contract log for Logistics
- Supplier Relationship Management: Work with key suppliers in US/CAN; Continue to develop strong/collaborative/transparent/mutual relationships with current suppliers; Part of Supplier Integration
- Assemble RFPsReview RFP prior to release; Monitor RFP progress - data/questions from suppliers & perform analytics
- Research and paying invoices in EMM (Enterprise Marketing Management), PO's too
- Other projects as needed

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree preferred
- At least 5 years in a procurement role
- Experience with transportation, distribution, and logistics as a procurement category
- Experience with a consumer goods company is preferred
- Experience with Emptoris, Basic Access and Excel (intermediate skills is a plus)
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
