Procurement Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for establishing, coordinating, and administering all purchase agreements/contracts with Vendors and for assigned material and services.
- Assist in the development of technical and contractual terms and conditions.
- Review and recommend approval of all contract changes, including financial.
- Create business cases for projects, includes NPV analysis.
- Act as the primary interface point with Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) and Supply.
- Create RE&F/Supply tracking sheet, provide a narrative of the sheet, then attend a call and update the tracking sheet as and if required.
- Manage/run supply portion of weekly call.
- Create contract requisitions (CR's) for group - include tie to codeblock and note to Director/VP with a description of the work, suggested vendor and reason for the work.
- Create a flow chart for tracking CR's.
- Create a tracking sheet for passport issues in for payment and become SME for issues.
- Provide training on new processes to PM's at weekly meeting, solicit feedback and then refine as appropriate.
- Create a method to show the approved amount of the contract vs. our liabilities.
- Refine process for matching CPA's with invoices.
- Work with PM's to close/extend expired contracts.
- Set a system to track and house supply documents: SS letters, CR's, Scopes of work.
- Work with entire RE&F team and clean the local drive.
- Read management model (more narrow focus) on scopes of work and customize scopes of work for general facilities.
- Develop flow charts for all of the items that are accomplished.
- Other ideas based on your experience in other work groups/industries - (process improvements).
- Assist with RFP initiatives including NPV analysis.

SKILLS:

Required to have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years experience.
