Procurement Analyst

Seeking a strong Procurement Analyst with Procure to Pay expertise and application knowledge to support the company's Global Procurement organization in utilizing Emptoris (Contract Management application) and Ariba (eSourcing Tool). Responsibilities include performing day to day support, reporting, training and process improvement. Responsibilities may also include support and training for the SAP Spend Performance Management Tool (SRM).

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assessment, development and implementation of system utilization plans
- Institute targeted Metrics and Reporting to drive appropriate focus and usage
- Develop a coordinated and integrated training program across Procurement organization
- Assist in establishing a Key User Network to leverage in implementing and sustaining current STP tools and systems
- Support and maintain the current systems in regards to training, provide the right level of support, linkage and maintenance.
- Assess current process and training approaches and suggest improvement opportunities

SKILLS
Must have application experience - Emptoris, Ariba and knowledge of procurement operations and Procure to Pay best practices. Strong communication, reporting and analysis skills are essential, as is a commitment to service excellence. Must be collegial and a team player.
