SKILLS:

3-5 Years Experience required. Experience as a Procurement agent, preferably with IT commodity experience, service level agreements, master service level agreements, negotiating experience with large IT/Telecom vendors such as Oracle, IBM, Verizon, AT&T, Cisco, etc.
